Terms of Service
Please read carefully before commissioning me!
CONFIRMATION - After sending your request, I will respond within 4 working days. I'll contact you through email or Discord (provide this along with request details) to confirm details and for further discussions.
DELIVERY - My current lead time for developing and delivering a completed commission is 7 days. The lead time will start once the payment has been submitted.
REVISIONS - Up to 2 revisions are included in the price, with each extra revision incurring a £10 fee, invoiced after completion. When I talk about revisions I mean any large changes you ask me to make to a delivered commission (eg - full redo, instrument changes, mixing/mastering adjustments, etc.)
PAYMENT - As soon as you pay me the full commission price and sign the commission agreement, the work will start. Completed commissions are non-refundable, and cancelling an in-progress commission will result in a 50% kill fee, which will be subtracted from your refund. Your refund will be sent within 7 days upon request, and you'll be sent a "refund invoice" for your records. Refunds are processed through PayPal.
COPYRIGHT - All rights for commissioned works are exclusively reserved to me and must be properly credited too.
PERMISSIONS - Commissioned works are to be used for personal, non-commercial projects only. (see section below about commercial-use stuff!)
Licensing
Wanna use a music piece of mine for commercial projects? This section is for you! Here is a short explanation about the licenses I offer for my music, and how the process works.
HOW IT WORKS - If you want to you want to use one of my music compositions for commercial stuff (subject to availability) you can send me an email with the subject "License Request" followed by the name of the track you want to use. You must tell me what you plan to use the music for, and make sure your purpose abides by my TOS; otherwise, it may not be granted. For commissioned pieces, just indicate your interest in your request. Once you're happy with your order, we'll move on to the next stage.LICENSING FEE - If your request is accepted, I will send you a licensing agreement/invoice, which must be paid and signed before you can use the music. Once that's complete, I'll send out a confirmation email within the next 24 hours, detailing the duration of your license.
Licenses I Offer
EXCLUSIVE (£25 / pc) - This license allows you to become the sole user of the following works for a specified duration; these rights won’t be given to anyone else.
SOLE (£15 / pc) - Same as the exclusive license, the difference being I, as the licensor, have the same usage rights to the piece as the licensee.
SINGLE USE (£10 / pc) - You are only allowed to use a music piece once (eg - one video). Any extra uses require a new license each.
Restrictions
Just a quick run-through of the projects I won't allow my work to be used for. These apply to both custom commissioned or shop items.

No self-promotion or collab requests (DM/email me for those, please!)
Refrain from excessive discussion of controversial topics (eg - politics, religion, etc.)
No bots/AI accounts

OC Boundaries
Like many other content creators, my characters are precious to me. So it's very important that I keep them safe, so I made some boundaries to do just that! These are here to protect my fictional babies and you too as well from any trouble.
That said, if you decide to make anything involving ANY of my characters and post it anywhere, please tag me. I can't wait to see what you come up with!
